Support for Hong Kong Fire Victims
Honorary co-chair of the Toronto Responds charity concert for Hong Kong Tai Po fire relief, raising $50,000 for affected families.
To open 2026, I hosted a charity concert in place of my annual Levee: “Toronto Responds: Support for Hong Kong Fire Victims.” One of the deadliest fires in Hong Kong’s history claimed many lives and displaced thousands of households.
I was honoured to serve as honorary co-chair alongside Mayor Scarpitti and twelve event co-chairs. Together, the community raised $50,000 to provide urgent financial aid, medical care, and long-term recovery support.
